Freight/Postage

Aquaponics Kits

Aquaponics Kits (excluding the Kitchen Garden Kit) will be delivered freight FREE to Maroochydore, Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide (to depot, not door to door).

Perth, Darwin and Cairns will have a flat rate of $300 freight charged on any of our standard Aquaponics Kits.

Freight payable on deliveries to country areas is from the nearest capital city.

Aquaponics Kits are freighted to the transport company's depot in the cities mentioned above. The client will need to pick up from the freight company's depot using a trailer or utility (most of our Aquaponics Kits will fit on a 6x4 trailer).

Freight companies will not deliver kits to an address where there is no forklift. Tail gate equipped truck delivery to the door can be organised, but this is at the client's expense. In these cases, the Aquaponics Kit is delivered by the transport company to the client's front gate only.

Products other than Aquaponics Kits, such as individual fish tanks or grow beds are NOT freight free.

We reserve the right to alter or cancel this policy at any time without notice. Orders already placed will be delivered based on the delivery terms in place at the time of order on an order by order basis.

We have neogoated a favourable price for deliveries of our Aquaponics Kits to the transport company's depot in the cities listed above. Please remember that the FREE freight offer is NOT door to door, it is depot to depot.

Other Items

Most other items are sent via Australia Post - Registered Parcel. Postage is automatically calculated during the Checkout procedure.

Larger items such as fish tanks, grow beds and the BioPod require a personalised postage/freight quote. You can either complete the Checkout procedure, paying for your entire order less postage, or you can contact us us for a freight quote prior to placing your order.

All freight/postage must be paid in full prior to dispatch of any orders.
